Happivie Consulting

Happivie Consulting is a founder-led practice created to support young adults as they navigate the questions, challenges and transitions that come with growing into who they want to become.

How Happivie Came By

Happivie brings together two simple ideas: Happy in English and Vie, meaning “life” in French. The name reflects the belief at the heart of Happivie Consulting — that happiness and well-being are not destinations, but part of how we choose to live our lives. Happivie was born with a simple purpose: to spread happiness and help people live a happier, more fulfilling life.

What the practice is about

Counselling, coaching and personal development for young adults

Happivie Consulting offers counselling and 1:1 coaching for young adults aged 18–30 — support with confidence, relationships, academic and career direction, wellbeing and personal growth. Sessions are held primarily online, with clients across India and overseas.

As a founder-led practice, every conversation at Happivie Consulting is led personally by Dhairya Mohla. It is not a clinic or a team-based organisation — it is a single, deliberate practice built around the young adults it serves.

Meet the Founder

Dhairya Mohla

Founder & Principal Practitioner, Happivie Consulting · Counselling Psychologist & Human Potential Coach

Dhairya Mohla is a Counselling Psychologist, Gold Medalist from the University of Delhi, and the Founder & CEO of Happivie Consulting. She is an ICF-trained Coach specialising in youth coaching, and her work brings together psychology, coaching and applied behavioural science.

She works primarily with young adults aged 18–30, offering counselling and coaching mostly online to clients in India and overseas. The early years of adulthood are full of questions, and too many people try to answer them alone. Dhairya’s role is to sit alongside you while you make sense of things — not to hand you a script, but to help you find your own footing.

Approach

How she works

Psychological understanding, paired with practical tools — shaped around the person in the room, not a formula.

Your answers, not advice

She doesn’t simply give advice. The work is about helping you arrive at your own answers, so the direction you take actually feels like yours.

Psychology plus practical tools

Psychological understanding is combined with applied behavioural science and tools you can use between sessions.

The individual, not a formula

The focus stays on you — your context, pace and priorities — rather than a fixed programme applied to everyone.

A safe space to talk openly

Sessions are built to be a safe space for young adults to speak honestly, without judgement or pressure.

Beyond the work

Dhairya’s content and thought leadership

Beyond her practice, Dhairya hosts The Dhairya Mohla Podcast on Spotify, where she discusses productivity, growth and well-being. She also shares content around self-improvement and mindset through YouTube and Instagram, and writes longer-form reflections on Substack.

You can follow her work on Spotify, YouTube, Instagram (@happivie.co), Substack (@happivie) and LinkedIn.

Outside of work, she enjoys singing and experimenting with instruments, painting, reading, and writing poetry and blogs — the kinds of things that keep her curious and grounded.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out.

If it feels like it might help, the simplest next step is a first conversation with Dhairya — confidential, unhurried, and with no obligation to continue.
