Counselling at Happivie
Counselling at Happivie
Counselling at Happivie Consulting is a confidential, supportive space for young adults to explore challenges, emotions, relationships, confidence, stress and other parts of their lives. It isn’t about being told what to do, and it isn’t only for moments of crisis. It’s time set aside to understand what you’re feeling, where it comes from, and how you might move forward in a way that feels honest to you.
Counselling is delivered by Dhairya Mohla, a Counselling Psychologist. You don’t need a label for what you’re experiencing to begin — if something feels hard, heavy or confusing, that’s reason enough to talk.
What counselling can offer
Space to understand, not a quick fix
Counselling won’t hand you a ready-made answer. What it can offer is something steadier — the chance to look closely at what’s happening and make sense of it in your own words.
A space to be honest
Understanding what’s going on
Clarity about what next
Who it may help
Counselling may be a good fit if…
You might recognise yourself in more than one of these — or in something not listed here at all.
Something feels hard to carry
Relationships feel complicated
You’re going through a change
You’re managing, but only just
You don’t need to match a particular description to reach out.

If what you’re carrying isn’t listed here, it still belongs in a conversation.
What a session may look like
A conversation that follows you
Sessions last 60 minutes and take place online over a secure video platform. There is no script you have to follow. Some sessions are full of talking; others are slower and more reflective.
We usually begin with where you are today, follow what feels most important to you, and leave a little space to settle before you head back into your day. Between sessions, you may notice things you want to bring next time.
