1:1 Coaching at Happivie

1:1 coaching at Happivie Consulting is a calm, structured space for young adults to think clearly about personal development, career guidance and life skills. It is held online, for clients across India and overseas.

Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It is about creating space to think, reflect, explore possibilities and arrive at choices that feel right for you.

Coaching is delivered by Dhairya Mohla, an ICF-trained Coach specialising in youth coaching. You bring the questions; Dhairya brings structure, honest reflection and practical tools.

What coaching is

Creating space to think — not being told what to do

Coaching is collaborative. You bring the questions; Dhairya brings structure, honest reflection and practical tools. Together you make sense of what's going on and what could come next.

Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It is about creating space to think, reflect, explore possibilities and arrive at choices that feel right for you.

Personal Development

Confidence, self-esteem and personal growth — building a clearer sense of who you are and how you want to show up.

Career Guidance

Career direction, planning and decisions — making sense of what you want from work and what your next step could be.

Life Skills

Goal setting, time management, decision-making and habits — practical tools for everyday life and follow-through.

Focus areas

Where coaching can help

This isn't an exhaustive list, and you don't need to know exactly which box you fit into before reaching out. These are the kinds of areas coaching often touches.

  • Goal setting and achievement strategies
  • Procrastination
  • Career and future planning
  • Decision-making
  • Time management
  • Organisational skills
  • Screen-time management
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Building resilience
  • Personal growth

The process

A simple, collaborative way of working

There's no rigid template. But most coaching conversations move through something like these four steps — at your pace, around what you actually need.

  1. 01

    Understand

What is happening? We start by getting a clear picture of where you are right now and what feels unresolved.

  2. 02

    Explore

What is getting in the way? We look at the patterns, pressures and assumptions that might be shaping the situation.

  3. 03

    Clarify

What matters to you? We separate what you think you should want from what genuinely feels important.

  4. 04

    Move forward

What could you do next? We turn that clarity into a small, realistic step you can actually take.

Coaching is forward-looking and practical, but it isn’t a substitute for counselling or medical care. If something deeper comes up along the way, we can talk openly about what kind of support would serve you best.

Not sure which is right for you?

You don’t need to decide before you reach out

You don’t need to know before you reach out. Start with a conversation and Dhairya can explore with you what kind of support may be appropriate for you.

Start a Conversation

You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out

Tell Dhairya a little about what you're working through. She'll take it from there — no pressure, no obligation, just a conversation to see if coaching feels like the right fit.
